We invite you to shift your focus from worries to blessings as we come together in a beautiful holiday-themed space for our yoga practice. Here are the details: Dates: Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in November *No class 23rd & 25th Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Location: Fred Astaire Dance Studio at The Allenwood Station I 3203 Atlantic Ave | Allenwood, NJ 08720 What to Expect: Holiday Decor: Our studio will be beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Yoga Flow: Experience a guided yoga flow that incorporates inspirational scripture and music to uplift your practice and spirit. All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to join our classes. Why Gratitude? Practicing gratitude can have a profound impact on our overall well-being. It allows us to cultivate a positive mindset and appreciate the blessings in our lives, no matter how big or small.
