Why Twisted Sister Yoga?
God calls us to love Him with our mind, body, and soul. He also said, “love one another.” We honor both with amazing yoga classes. Twisted Sister Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, prayer and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship. Why do yoga?
The short answer is that yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time. Yoga is good for what ails you.
