February 2026 Mon, Wed, Sat 9am-9:45am (*NO CLASS 2/14) Join Us in the Rec Center at Marucci Park in Spring Lake 300 South Blvd We will do a variety of yoga styles each week: sculpt, gentle and flow. *Bring weights & yoga mat* Join Twisted Sister Yoga throughout the month of February at the Marucci Park Rec Center Studio in Spring Lake, NJ. These faith-centered yoga classes blend gentle movement, breathwork, and Scripture-based inspiration to help you strengthen your body and nourish your spirit.
