Twisted Sister Yoga, LLC, is a Christian-faith-based yoga program blending gentle movement, breathwork, and Scripture to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. Classes are welcoming to all levels and designed to uplift your physical and spiritual well-being.

Regular scheduled classes are held in the Rec Center Studio at Marucci Park, 300 South Blvd, Spring Lake, NJ 07762. May through Labor Day we hold yoga classes 2nd floor of the South End Pavilion, 410 Ocean Ave N, Spring Lake, NJ, 07762.
