THANKFUL 3 Wednesdays in November 4 • 11 • 18 9:30–10:30 AM Marucci Recreation Center, Spring Lake, NJ Time to pause. Time to breathe. Time to remember how much we have to be thankful for. Each class combines movement, breath, Scripture, prayer, worship and reflection as we prepare our hearts—not just our homes—for Thanksgiving. $69 for all 3 classes $25 Drop-In All levels welcome.
